Buyers, Think Twice About Waiving Your Home Inspection!
With the real estate market in Montana being cutthroat, buyers find themselves competing for good homes by putting in their strongest offer possible. There are many ways to do this, one of which is to opt out of the home inspection contingency. At first this may seem like a good idea, however, my job as a Realtor is to help you understand how this can potentially effect you down the road. Without performing an inspection, there could be serious problems that arise after the sale is completed. To avoid a financially heavy repair project, I would recommend ALWAYS having the inspection done before the investment is solidified.
